OUR ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Tomorrow we celebrate our one-year anniversary since our launch. This past Friday we had a small barbecue to celebrate (and yes, we used our own condiment packets for the event). I'd like to take a moment to pat ourselves on the back as we've compiled an impressive collection of press mentions over the course of the year. We print them out as they come in, and they line the walls of our conference room. Our short-term goal is to finish the wallpapering by having them reach from floor to ceiling on all four walls. I'd also like to congratulate our customer service team for providing top notch customer support. We pride ourselves in personally responding to all emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and in resolving the issue to the satisfaction of our customers to the best of our abilities. We've received numerous unsolicited emails from customers thanking us for assisting them, and we strive to maintain that level of service. We look forward to bringing you many new travel size products and product lines in the coming year, and we thank you for your continued patronage of our store.
