Celebrate National Barbecue Month

Did you know that here in the U.S. May is National Barbecue month? Personally, I feel like any time is a good time to cook out and I've even been known to do some grilling in a steady downpour. Then there was that time I cooked bratwurst and burgers in the parking lot of Lambeau field in a December blizzard but, that's a story for another time. The point is, I love to cook out and so do most of you. In fact, three quarters of American homes have an outdoor grill of some sort. In 1982 the people that make all of those grills got together and decided to acknowledge the month of May, since it is the month that kicks off the busy grilling season. Summer means longer days and warmer weather and here at Minimus will be some barbecueing of our own.
