Camping Must-Haves: Charmin® To Go Toilet Seat Covers and Bug Buttons

This past weekend, my friends and I went camping for an end-of-summer hurrah. I was excited to "road test" a couple of Minimus products, including Gearaid Mini Roll Duct Tape (2 roll pack), No Rinse® Shampoo, Bug Button, and Tapatio® Picante Hot Sauce packets.

The menu was planned, equipment coordinated, and we were ready to go. After a 2 hour drive up the beautiful California coast, we arrived.

Fortunately - our campsite was within walking distance to the beach.

Unfortunately - there were no showers or flushing toilets. Now, I'm not a glamper, nor am I a backpacker, but modern plumbing is a must.

After a long day at the beach, everyone was in need of a shower. Luckily, one of the guys had brought a portable shower and we all braved the cold water in hopes of feeling clean and refreshed. (I used my eco-friendly Kiss My Face® Whenever Shampoo Green Tea & Lime and Kiss My Face® Anti-stress Shower Gel & Foaming Bath.)

As the sun set and everyone started dousing themselves with bug spray, I simply put on my Bug Button - a pin-on insect-repelling button that's non-toxic and lasts up to 60 hours. I can happily report that I didn't get a single bug bite!

I was able to enjoy my weekend camping trip with friends thanks to the help and convenience of Minimus products.
