Now's the Time to Send TLC to the Troops
The winter holidays can be a hectic period for many reasons. Among them is preparing gifts to send to those who will not be home for the holidays, such as our deployed troops.
According to the USPS, deadlines for mailing packages to FPO/APO addresses assigned to Iran and Afghanistan are nearing. Parcel Post shipments to these addresses should be sent by Nov. 12 in order to reach their destination for the holidays. (For Express Mail, where available, the deadline is ~ Dec. 1.)
