Minimus is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We will make every effort to provide quality products. Products found to be defective will be replaced, and shipping costs will be reimbursed promptly.

Please see our shipping page for special exceptions for lost packages shipped via USPS (i.e. PO Boxes) and APO/FPO (military).

Returns
Non-food merchandise may be returned after receiving authorization from Minimus to do so. Shipping is to be paid by Minimus or the customer depending on the reason for the return. Please email us at CustomerService (@minimus.biz) for return authorization. For safety reasons, food items and certain pharmacies can never be returned for any reason. We cannot accept returns after 14 days from the received date. Products must be in saleable condition and not in broken packages.

Errors
Although we do our best to represent our product descriptions, inventory levels, and prices fairly, we do make mistakes. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the customer's money as a full remedy.
The listing of ingredients in our product descriptions is provided as a convenience to our customers. Minimus does not represent this information as being error free. The customer is advised and cautioned to read the ingredients on the product label. If Minimus has made an error in the listing of ingredients, its liability is limited to refund of the cost of the product and any applicable shipping costs.


Privacy
We do not give out any information about our customers, nor do we sell or distribute any list of customers or customer information. Use of customer email address and phone number is limited to contacting customers in regards to order status issues. We have an opt-in mailing list that customers may sign up for during checkout. We use the mailing list to email a newsletter approximately once every two weeks with new products and sale items. The newsletter has an opt-out link for customers wishing to no longer receive the newsletter mailings. Upon checkout, data is sent to various sites that Minimus uses for advertising (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, etc.) in order to track any click-throughs that lead to sales. The only data transmitted is whether there was a sale or not. No customer information is transmitted.
