Return Policy

For safety reasons, food items and certain personal health items can never be returned for any reason. We cannot accept returns after 14 days from the date the package is marked delivered. Products must be in salable condition and not in broken packages.

Non-food merchandise may be returned after receiving authorization from Minimus to do so. Shipping is to be paid by Minimus or the customer depending on the reason for the return.

Returns due to customer error – If a package is undeliverable and returned to Minimus due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee of the package.

If a refund is issued, the amount refunded will be the total paid by the customer less the published shipping rates for the carrier and service chosen for the shipment to the customer, including shipments that qualified for a free shipping offer.

For all of the above, return items are subject to a 15% restocking fee when appropriate.
