Salmon fillets smoked in the same careful and time-consuming Native American tradition. Alaska Smokehouse Salmon is caught in Alaskan waters and delivered to a Ketchikan smokehouse within days. They are hand-filleted and soaked in a traditional brine. The salmon is then smoked over alderwood fires.
