The Mission is able to regularly update its list as its needs change by contacting its dedicated support representative at Co-Founder Paul Shrater hopes to support other nonprofit organizations through the new program. He stated, "We have been a great resource for community outreach and disaster relief aid groups that need to source inexpensive bulk travel-sized toiletries and other supplies. Now, in addition to nonprofits using their cash contributions to purchase their needed supplies from us, they now have a new channel to offer donors through which they can directly provide these supplies, which also effectively bridges the gap for giving for more potential donors who prefer providing actual goods, versus cash contributions."

Allentown Rescue Mission Executive Director Gary Millspaugh stated, "The Nonprofit Partners program provides Mission supporters with a quick and easy way to order and ship to us the very supplies we need. It also provides us with a greatly expedited process of receiving goods, improving the efficiency of our on-the-ground efforts."
